Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

After you stop being a customer, because you have stopped regularly using our services, we may keep your personal information for up to 5 years for one of the following reasons:

• After such time, we will delete your personal information

• If we receive a Bounceback from any of the emails that we send to you on more than three occasions, we will delete your personal information
